Jerome E. Howard

As founder and President of Howard Financial Corporation, Jerry enjoyed his profession for over 60 years focusing on the needs of educators and their families. 

He earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in 1987 and was President of the American Society of CLU®  and ChFC® from 1972 - 1973. Jerry proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps and was an avid painter, Faxon poet in West Hartford and poet laureate in Key West. His wisdom, wit and experience will continue with Howard Financial.
